We ONLY publish editorial on what is happening in the UK (Apart from in an outsource context when, hopefully, companies are bring their overseas contact centre operations back to the UK) – If you run a contact centre in the UK would you really be interested in, for example, a contact centre opening in Australia?

We use the editorial policy of ‘will the product or service enable the contact centre perform better today than it did yesterday?’

If a new piece falls within this criteria we will publish, Google and Tweet – if the news piece does not fall within this criteria then it’s destined for the recycle bin.
